Dispatched from Bangkok.
Goods are usually delivered weekly, every Saturday, via Standard or Express Delivery.
Bangkok — 1–2 working days
Other provinces — 2–3 working days

02 — No Return, No Refund
All Sales Are Final.
At POYA, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or refunds on any order. We only offer direct exchanges for a different size, within 5 days of your shipping date.
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and POYA tags attached.
POYA reserves the right to decline any exchange if the product shows signs of wear. We recommend returning items via a tracked shipping carrier.

04 — Care & Sustainability
Made To Last, Cared For Gently.
Every POYA piece is cut from premium, responsibly-sourced linen and bamboo blends. A little care keeps embroidery, pleats and prints looking their best for years.
Washing Clothes
Separate colors and wash inside out to prevent fading. Do not overload the washing machine.
Hot / Cold Water
Machine washable at 30°C. Use cold water for dark colors, hot for whites. Do not bleach.
Hanging Clothes
Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage and fabric damage.
Ironing
Iron on medium heat. Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.

Orders can be cancelled only before payment is confirmed. Once confirmed, our all-sales-final policy applies.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, by arrangement. Message us on LINE @poyagroup with your country and we’ll confirm rates and delivery time.
What if my item arrives faulty?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Genuine manufacturing faults are exchanged free of charge.
Is Free Size adjustable?
Most POYA pieces are designed with ties, wraps or elastication to flatter a wide range of bodies.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent via LINE as soon as your order is dispatched from Bangkok.
